Orders: Terms and Conditions
Products usually ship within 3-5 days. Orders may be cancelled if an item has not shipped. Customer will be refunded the purchase price less credit card charges on cancelled orders.
Shipping
Shipping is provided by the fastest and safest means available while being cost effective to E-Lux Bikes and our consumers. Sometimes we provide free shipping for our electric bikes as a special offer or promotion, which is a considerable monetary bonus to our customers considering the size and weight of the packages. When we do provide free shipping, it is limited to the contiguous lower 48 states. Free shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is simply cost prohibitive. These states pay a flat rate at the best terms currently available. When free shipping is not a current promotion being offered, shipping rates will be a flat rate determined by the location of the country and shipping costs to deliver.

Refund/ Cancellation Policy
Most items may be returned for refund within 7 days of original delivery if they are not used or damaged. Product must be returned in original packaging and shipping must be paid for by customer. The refund amount will be less credit card fees and shipping costs. If product was defective or damaged in shipping then E-Lux Bikes will be responsible for shipping costs. Please contact E-Lux Bikes for a return authorization number before returning any product.
Warranty
E-Lux Electric Bicycles offers one of the best warranties in the business. Front to Back full coverage for two years. (Excluding tires and tubes.) Battery - five years limited. First two years repair or replace. Year three through five prorated if replacement is needed. All E-Lux Battery cells are manufactured by Samsung or Panasonic. The highest quality and highest density cells available.
