Your E-Lux arrives at your door 98% professionally assembled by our mechanics at our California headquarters. We don't ship you a box of parts. We fine-tune every bike, attach the front wheel, and package it professionally so you can be riding in minutes.

When your bike arrives, just cut open the box, roll it out, remove the foam, attach the pedals and handlebars, and you're ready to ride.

How Long Does Shipping Take?

Most orders ship within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your location.

Every shipment includes tracking. Once your bike ships, we'll email you the tracking info so you can follow it all the way to your door.
